Account Deletion Request

If you have an account with the Modaldar Enterprise mobile shopping app and wish to permanently delete your profile, credentials, and shipping addresses, please complete the form below.

Wallet & Invoice Notice: Deleting your account will clear your login credentials, passwords, saved delivery addresses, and customer profiles. Please note that historical purchase invoices, tax statements, and wallet ledger logs cannot be deleted due to legally mandated audit and retail taxation guidelines. Any remaining wallet balance should be refunded or used before submitting this request.
