Welcome to Modaldar Enterprise ("the App"). The App is developed and operated by BISICSL Pvt. Ltd (referred to as "we", "us", "our", or "Developer").

This Privacy Policy describes our policies and practices regarding the collection, use, maintenance, and disclosure of information when you use our App. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users. Modaldar Enterprise is a retail platform that allows users to browse and purchase products, manage an in-app digital wallet, and top up wallet balances to complete orders.

To provide our retail services, process transactions, and maintain your secure wallet, we collect several types of user data:

• Personal Identity Details: Full Name, Email Address, and Phone Number.
• Shipping & Delivery Details: Physical addresses for product delivery.
• Authentication Credentials: Password hashes created during account registration.
• Device & Log Data: Standard diagnostics, crash reports, IP addresses, and application version logs (used solely to debug system errors and prevent fraud).

We do not collect sensitive biometric data, real-time background location data, files, photos, or media from your device.

3. How We Use Data

We process your personal and transactional information strictly for the following operational purposes:

• To create and manage your retail account, and authenticate your login sessions securely.
• To process, fulfill, ship, and deliver your product purchases.
• To manage and display your digital wallet balance and ledger history.
• To send transactional notifications (e.g. order confirmations, shipping tracking numbers, wallet credit details).
• To provide customer support and troubleshoot application performance issues.
• To detect, prevent, and mitigate fraud, abuse, and security violations.

4. Wallet & Payments

Modaldar Enterprise features an in-app digital wallet. Wallet transactions are subject to the following rules:

• Wallet Balances: When you top up your wallet or make purchases, the App stores transaction metadata (timestamp, amount, transaction ID, payment status) on our secure databases to keep your wallet ledger accurate.
• Secure Payment Gateways: To top up your wallet or purchase products directly, we integrate with secure, certified third-party payment gateways (e.g. UPI, credit/debit cards). We do not collect, process, or store your credit card numbers, CVVs, or online banking passwords on our servers. All payment entries are handled directly by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, rent, or distribute your personal details to third-party advertisers or marketers. We only share data with trusted service providers to execute core retail operations, as detailed below:

• Logistics & Delivery Partners: We share your name, physical address, and phone number with courier partners to fulfill and deliver your purchased products.
• Payment Processors: We securely route transaction details to payment processors to verify and execute top-ups and refunds.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required to do so by applicable financial and taxation laws, or when requested by law enforcement authorities.

6. Security Standards

We employ administrative, technical, and physical security measures to safeguard your personal details and wallet information:

• All network communications between the mobile application and our servers are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer/Transport Layer Security (SSL/TLS) protocols.
• Your account password is encrypted using strong industry-standard cryptographic hashing functions.
• Wallet ledger logs are stored in database systems protected by strict access controls and monitored for integrity.

7. Retention & Deletion

We retain your profile data for as long as your customer account remains active. If you wish to delete your account, you can request account and data deletion at any time.

To request deletion, you can contact us via email, or submit an online request directly using our Account & Data Deletion Request Form.

Upon request, we will delete your profile info (name, email, delivery addresses, passwords). However, please note that we are legally required to retain transaction ledgers, invoices, and wallet history logs to comply with financial accounting, taxation, and anti-fraud regulations.

8. Children's Privacy

Our retail services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal data from minors under the age of 18. If we discover a minor has created an account, we will terminate the account and purge all associated personal details immediately.
